ABOUT BARHI
The name BARHI is inspired by Barhee dates, one of the key ingredients used to create our sparkling date-based mead. BARHI was created to transform fresh dates and honey into a modern alcoholic drink designed around food, flavour and shared dining experiences.
BARHI was created by founder Vikas Thakker after a journey that began in 2010. After exploring why many traditional alcoholic drinks struggled to complement spice-rich food, he set out to create a drink designed around the dining experience itself.
