1. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and, where possible, within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs of the issue so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Change of Mind
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, sealed alcohol products are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period once dispatched.
3. Return Process
Customers must contact us before returning items. Return shipping costs apply.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 working days.
